The free TCI200B GUI Remote Control is v1.02.001 of the T.H.E. GUI Remote Control series. Designed for the USB-UIRT (USB version of the Universal Infrared Receiver Transmitter) to send IR signals to a General Instrument or Motorola DCT2000 series receiver, this freeware, graphical user interface, remote control sits on the desktop of your windows computer.
One unique feature of all T.H.E. GUI Remote Controls is the "Key Repeat Timer" which gives you the ability to set the Timer to Repeat any Key programmatically.
"Key Repeat Timer" Example: Select Key=Mute; Repeat=2 Times; Timer=3 Units; Units=Min. Click Start and the receiver mutes the TV for 3 minutes. Just enough time to miss those annoying commercials.

Key Repeat Timer - Repeat any of the 35 Keys upto 300 Times with intervals ranging from 1 second to 960 hours.
Colorized Keys - Choose from 10 different colors for each of the 46 controls.
Background Color - Set the background to any of the 16,581,375 colors from 000000 (Black) to FFFFFF (White).
Background Image - Set the background to any image you can upload to your computer.
Signal Repeat - Adjust the number of times your USB-UIRT sends a signal (from 1 to 9) each time a key is pressed.
