T.H.E. GUI Automation develops home automation freeware and custom GUI remote controls for the USB-UIRT (Universal Infrared Receiver Transmitter). Our plug-and-play, desktop GUI remote controls provide a simple alternative to complex home automation.

The freeware TCI200B GUI Remote Control is designed for the USB-UIRT to send IR signals to a Motorola DCT2000 or General Instrument DCT2000 series receiver.

One product still in development is an X-10 remote control which sends infrared signals to a Powerhouse IR Command Controller Model IR543. This Infrared Mini-Controller accepts IR inputs and converts them to powerline signals which control X-10 modules connected to lights and appliances.

Implementation of voice recognition technology is also underway to control the functionality of all T.H.E. GUI Remote Controls.
